Do Disney travel agents charge cancellation fees?

No. If you need to cancel, you deal with Disney's standard cancellation policy, the same as if you booked directly. I handle the cancellation process for you at no charge.

Can I still use Disney's website and app if I book through a travel agent?

Yes! Your reservation is linked to your My Disney Experience account. You can use the app, make reservations within Disney's system, and access everything just like a direct booking. The only exception is that I must make the payments and changes to your vacation package for you.

What if I've already booked directly with Disney?

I can often transfer existing bookings to my agency (depending on timing). This means you get all my planning services retroactively, still at no cost. Contact me to check if your booking is eligible.

Do you charge for Universal Orlando bookings too?

No. My planning services are free for both Disney and Universal Orlando vacation packages. Universal also compensates agents through commission, not client fees.
